Jessper Maquindang

BIO

With over 12 years of experience leading diverse teams, Jessper understands the rewarding impact of creating workplace cultures that embrace collaboration and innovation. As the owner of FamiLEAD Management Consulting, he works with organizations that want to improve employee productivity and engagement so that they can limit turnover and retain their best employees. In his role, Jessper enjoys helping leaders and managers build stronger teams through team-building activities, leadership development trainings, and executive coaching. His passion for creative brainstorming and continuous improvement drives him to experiment with new ideas and explore better ways of doing things.

Jessper graduated from the University of Southern California, where he completed his Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership. In addition, Jessper is an award recipient of Santa Clarita Valley’s “40 Under Forty” award, acknowledging his significant leadership contributions to the local community.

He is an active member of Junior Chamber International, Toastmasters International, and the National Speaker Association. In spite of growing up with asthma, Jessper has become a marathon runner.
